The Enterprising Macclesfield support programme is structured to provide combinations of coaching support, referral to local advisory partners for advice and signposting to relevant local, regional and national support organisations.

What Happens Following My Request?

Your request for support will be passed to a member of our Review Panel, who will contact you to arrange a diagnostic meeting. The purpose of this meeting is to gather more information about your business idea or venture and to identify how we might be able to support you in achieving your ambitions.

All reports from diagnostic meetings are then assessed by our Review Panel, who will decide on the combination and extent of support to be offered to each applicant.

In particular you may be allocated one or more sessions with a coach to help you realise your goals; this could be, for example, by coaching you in the development of a plan, identifying relevant external advisors or assisting you with a grant application process.

As part of your commitment to Enterprising Macclesfield we will require you to provide us with information on a periodic basis, so that we can track the benefits accrued through our involvement with local enterprises.
